電池充電

可編(bian)程對單體電池(chi)進行充電,編(bian)程內容(rong)包括:電池(chi)編(bian)號,電池(chi)類(lei)型選擇(ze),充電電流,充電時間,限壓;

充(chong)電方式(shi)(shi):自(zi)動對蓄電池按照編程值進行三段式(shi)(shi)充(chong)電:恒流(liu)—恒壓—浮充(chong);

當滿足充電時間或是充電完(wan)(wan)成都(dou)會停止充電,顯(xian)示(shi)充電完(wan)(wan)畢。

恒流充電(dian)時,電(dian)流以0.1C進行充(chong)電(dian),當電(dian)壓(ya)超過限壓(ya)時轉化為恒壓(ya)充(chong)電(dian),當電(dian)流(liu)小于0.005C時轉(zhuan)化為浮充,曲線圖如下圖所示:

電池放電

主機上的所有操作(zuo)均在主機正面,操作(zuo)區如(ru)圖2

連接

設備上的電流(liu)回路(紅(hong)、黑大(da)夾具(ju)(ju))與(yu)電池正(zheng)負(fu)極(ji)正(zheng)確連(lian)(lian)接。先接負(fu)極(ji)(黑色夾具(ju)(ju)),后接正(zheng)極(ji)(紅(hong)色夾具(ju)(ju))。電壓回路(紅(hong)、黑小夾具(ju)(ju))與(yu)電池正(zheng)負(fu)極(ji)正(zheng)確連(lian)(lian)接。連(lian)(lian)接圖(tu)(tu)如圖(tu)(tu)3

二、功能及操作步驟

主(zhu)菜單(dan):

打開面板上的空氣開關,稍(shao)做等待系統會自(zi)動進入蓄電(dian)池(chi)活化儀操作主(zhu)界(jie)面。主(zhu)菜單界(jie)面如圖4

21電(dian)池充電(dian)

在主菜(cai)單中點擊(ji)電池充電,即可進入電池充電的參數設置界面。如圖5

1)選擇(ze)電池編號,默認從0001開始,編(bian)(bian)號(hao)可(ke)以根(gen)據(ju)操作的(de)順序(xu)依次遞增(zeng);用戶不可(ke)以自己設(she)定(ding)電池的(de)編(bian)(bian)號(hao),*大到30

2)用(yong)戶需(xu)根據需(xu)要的電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的類型為(wei)基礎,在電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)類型欄選(xuan)擇(ze)和輸(shu)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)容量,當選(xuan)擇(ze)好電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)系統會(hui)給用(yong)戶提供一(yi)個截止電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的默認值,用(yong)戶也自(zi)行(xing)設置該(gai)值,同樣輸(shu)入完(wan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)容量系統也會(hui)給一(yi)個充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流的默認值,用(yong)戶也自(zi)行(xing)設置該(gai)值。

注(zhu)意:1.通(tong)常情況下,系統預設的充(放)電電流(liu)一般設定成0.1C10C10表(biao)示10小時率的放電容量,0.1C10表示是10個小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)放電時(shi)(shi)的電流大小(xiao),例如200Ah的電(dian)池,10個小時放(fang)電電流為20A,則0.1C表示是20A的電(dian)流;150Ah的電池,10小(xiao)時放電(dian)電(dian)流為15A,則0.1C表示是15A

2.建議單次充放電時間不要超過18小時(適用于充(chong)/放電設(she)置)。

3.參數設置中設置的(de)截止電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)起到保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)池的(de)作用(yong)。

4.對于小容量的(de)電(dian)池(chi)還應該注意工作電(dian)流的(de)設定(ding)。建議以(yi)0.1C10(即工作電(dian)流為電(dian)池容量值的0.1倍大(da)小)的速率進行充電(dian)放電(dian)。

3)設置完成后,點(dian)擊啟動(dong)充電。

①、如(ru)果參數設置(zhi)出錯(cuo)的話,系統會(hui)彈出一個提(ti)示框。如(ru)圖(tu)6

點擊(ji)確定之(zhi)后(hou),即可回到參數設置界面從新(xin)設置充(chong)電參數。

②、如果一(yi)切(qie)設置正(zheng)常(chang)即可(ke)進入(ru)充電時(shi)一(yi)些實時(shi)數(shu)據(ju)和曲(qu)線圖(tu)形的狀態界面。如圖(tu)7

在(zai)該界面下(xia)會(hui)顯示實(shi)時的電壓(ya),電流(liu)和溫(wen)度(du)數(shu)據,還有(you)兩(liang)個電壓(ya)和電流(liu)的實(shi)時曲(qu)線圖。

如(ru)果用戶想中途中斷充電(dian),可以(yi)點(dian)(dian)擊(ji)停(ting)止(zhi)(zhi)充電(dian)。點(dian)(dian)擊(ji)停(ting)止(zhi)(zhi)充電(dian)時會(hui)提示(shi)用戶是否(fou)停(ting)止(zhi)(zhi),如(ru)果點(dian)(dian)是,則停(ting)止(zhi)(zhi)充電(dian)回到充電(dian)設(she)置界面,如(ru)果點(dian)(dian)否(fou),繼(ji)續回到實時數據顯示(shi)界面。

22電池(chi)放電

電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)界面于電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)界面類似,操(cao)作(zuo)也相一(yi)致,只不過作(zuo)用效果是相反的(de)。在(zai)主菜單(dan)中(zhong)按電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian),進入電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)菜單(dan)界面。如(ru)圖8:

在主菜單中電池活化,進入電池活化界面(mian)。如(ru)圖(tu)9

循(xun)環設置(zhi)可以設置(zhi)循(xun)環的(de)次數充放(fang)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流,還(huan)有充放(fang)電(dian)(dian)的(de)時(shi)間(jian)。

點擊循環(huan)設(she)(she)置(zhi),進入循環(huan)設(she)(she)置(zhi)界(jie)面,循環(huan)設(she)(she)置(zhi)界(jie)面如圖10

24內(nei)阻(zu)測試

在主菜單中(zhong)按(an)內(nei)(nei)阻(zu)測試(shi),進入(ru)電池內(nei)(nei)阻(zu)測試(shi)參(can)數設(she)置界面。如圖12

建(jian)議:放電(dian)電(dian)流按0.2C10  A.假設電池類型為12V100Ah,則放電電流設(she)為20A

2.5數據管理

在主(zhu)菜(cai)單中按數(shu)據管(guan)理,進入數(shu)據管(guan)理界面(mian)。如圖13

說(shuo)明:

①、在(zai)數據(ju)管理界面里(li)面可以查(cha)詢到(dao)以往測(ce)試保存的(de)一些數據(ju),有充電查(cha)詢、放電查(cha)詢、活化(hua)查(cha)詢和內阻查(cha)詢。

②、數(shu)(shu)據刪(shan)除(chu)功能可(ke)以把保存(cun)的數(shu)(shu)據全部刪(shan)除(chu),不(bu)可(ke)恢復,謹慎操作。

③、數據上傳通過上位機(ji)的RS232接口把數據傳(chuan)到上位機。本臺機器(qi),充電限制保存30組,放電限制(zhi)保(bao)存30組,活化測試限制(zhi)保存30組,內(nei)阻測試限制保存30組。如果存(cun)滿(man)30之(zhi)后沒有(you)數據刪除,則數據會(hui)從(cong)第1組開(kai)始覆(fu)蓋。
